Troubleshooting Steps
This alarm is seen whenever a provisioning interface is enabled, and no remote provisioning clients are currently connected.
Recovery: 1.Verify the provisioning interface is enabled. 2.Establish at least one remote RAS provisioning client connection. 3.If the problem persists, contact My Oracle Support (MOS). Once provisioning is initiated, from either a REST or SOAP connection, the Alarm will clear.
Please note that this alarm will change in OCUDR 12.1 and later to Alarm ID 13071 (No Northbound Provisioning Connections). Attachments This solution has no attachment |
