If MAJOR alarm with Event ID 13052 :Import Initialization Failed and MINOR Alarm with Event ID 22041 : Scheduled Process Fault appears together in OCUDR alarm window following steps can be taken for clearing them.
Alarm Clearing Steps :- ASSUMPTION:IMPORT Server is already Configured under Provisioning Options [UDR -> Configuration -> Provisioning Options] 1. Login to Active NO VIP GUI 2. Press Apply at the bottom of the page 5. Wait for 5 minutes and both the alarms will be cleared from Active Alarm window
What is the possible Cause of these Alarms? 1) For releases UDR 12.1 and below, the implementation is SSH key exchange has to be done with each ACTIVE NO, so in case of inter or intra Site Switch over ACTIVE NO changes and re-exchange of SSH key is required which trigger these alarms. For release UDR 12.2 and above, the implementation has changed and key Exchange is not required with each ACTIVE NO server after switch over. 2) If Import server IP address is changed then also SSH key exchange is desired with the new IP address.
