SDP2 has generated an alert with a 1102 Drive Source Empty
SDP2 has generated an alert with a 1104 Drive Destination Full

Purpose

 How to determine if the alert received is a valid issue or could have been caused by a delay in time between mounting or dismounting a tape cartridge from a drive.

Troubleshooting Steps

Open and analyze the log snapshot that should be accompanying the alert. You should be able to filter on the offending drive and make the determination of whether the problem is being caused by the drive or some component within the library.
