No Drive or Rail power supplies in the device tree from SLConsole No robots in the device tree from SLConsole No CAP or elevators in the device tree from SLConsole PurposeHow to determine if the HBN Card is defective in the SL8500. Troubleshooting StepsFrom the CLI (command line interface) session while being connected to the library, issue the following command: SL8500> safetyInterlock status A normal return status would look like the following: Attributes Barrier Door Left Closed false Barrier Door Switch Fault false Doors have been opened false Emergency Power Off false Front Door Switch Fault false Interlock Battery Low false Left Door Open false Left Ok To Open Led off Left Service Mode Switch false Left Wait To Open Led off Library Active Led on Library Service Request Led off Right Door Open false Right Ok To Open Led off Right Service Mode Switch false Right Wait To Open Led off Robotics Disabled false Service Mode Switch Fault false Object Done Failure Count 0 Success Count 1 COMPLETED Since the HBN monitors the safety interlock status of all the door switches and EPO (Emergency Power Off) key switch positions to engage the SSD (Service Safety Door), this would be an important step in troubleshooting missing 48VDC to the rail and drive power supplies
