Please collect the following commands from ECAP and Eagle command line. These are mandatory requirement.
getPlatRev cat /var/TKLC/hardware/hw_id uptime date ntpq -p syscheck syscheck -v ps -eaf
FROM Eagle: rtrv-ip-node:ipappl=stplan rtrv-dlk rept-stat-dlk:loc=XXXX (execute this command based on the output of above command)
