Purpose
This Document is intended to facilitate Troubleshooting for Oracle LSMS OpenSystems issues.
Troubleshooting Steps
Oracle Communications. LSMS
Upload Files / Attachments
Please obtain and upload the following log files:

From command line, execute savelogs command. The results will be saved in a file located in directory: /var/TKLC/LSMS/free.

From command line, run /usr/TKLC/plat/sbin/savelogs_plat command as follows:The results will be saved in a file located in directory: /tmp (not possible without root access)

Provide a screenshot of the LSMS GUI and
