Purpose
This Document is intended to facilitate Troubleshooting for Oracle ELAP OpenSystems issues.
Troubleshooting Steps
Oracle Communications. ELAP
Upload Files / Attachments
Please obtain and upload the following log files:

From command line or GUI, execute savelogs command. The results will be saved in a file located in directory: /var/TKLC/elap/free.

From command line, run /usr/TKLC/plat/sbin/savelogs_plat command as follows:The results will be saved in a file located in directory: /tmp (not possible without root access)

Login to the ELAP GUI and provide a screenshot of the View RTDB Status

Please upload any other relevant screenshots that you feel would help with the troubleshooting of this issue.
