Applies to:Acme Packet 3820Net-Net OS - Version C5.x.x and later Acme Packet 4500 Acme Packet 4600 Acme Packet 6100 Acme Packet OS PurposeHow to Troubleshoot NTP config on an AP Session Border Controller (SBC) Troubleshooting StepsNTP communication is only supported out the management wancom0/eth0 port; ensure that all host routes setup for NTP servers are pointing to the eth0 or wancom0 gateway. The system will query the NTP server on bootup and periodically to ensure synchronization. If the system clock is too far off the NTP server's, the sync will fail. Set the system clock closer to the actual time, then reboot the system to sync. CommandsAvailable commands to check the status of NTP servers: show ntp server
show ntp status
