Goal
When configuring oldvlr and newvlr with more than 16 digits in ent-vlr-romaing and ent-vlr-prof command it gives error saying : VLRNumber num digits incorrect, min 1 max 16 - newvlr

When configuring oldvlr and newvlr with 16 digits in ent-vlr-romaing and ent-vlr-prof command it gives error saying: VLR length is out of range . Range: 1....5

So, it should have initially itself errored and said range is 1---5 instead of saying min1, max16.
