Solution
Oracle Key Manager GUI and CLIs The Oracle Key Manager GUI and Command Line Interface utilities for this release can be installed on the following platforms:
Windows: Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 7
Note: Windows 2012 Server has not been tested nor supported with Windows 10 nor 12. The OKM 3.0 version also supports only the operating system of Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 7.
