Goal

PDBA outage reported in customer network EPAP Server to be resolved

Solution

The PDB is the golden copy of the provisioning database. The database records are continuously updated
to the PDB from the customer network. The customer uses the Provisioning Database Interface (PDBI)
to transfer data over the customer network to the EPAP PDBA.

Alarm for MYSQL was observed. this issue was already highlighted with customer due to bug "MySQL process not running Bug id= 27260480 in EPAP" Bug to be fixed in 16.2.
