Goal

 We've got a SL8500 library with no power going to the touch-screen operator panel. Without a good wiring diagram available, it appears that the power for the op panel is tapped off the HBV card but, it's difficult to be certain because access to that area of the CIM is very tight.

Solution

SL8500 Op Panel is powered by AC coming directly from the PDUs (see diagram below). The thick black line represents AC power coming from the PDU. Check the rocker switch under the Op Panel.
