SBC-01 wancom0 is set to speed 100 vs the other SRRT's being set to 1000.
We noticed the SBC-01 wancom0 is set to speed 100 vs the other SBC's being set to 1000. Is there any reason this unit is set to 100 vs 1000? Can we have this changed to 1000?
Configuration on the far end Cisco Nexus is configured the same on SBC-01, SBC-02, SBC-03, and SBC-04.
It looks like the only change that is needed is on the SBC-01 wancom0 side.

Solution
We noticed a message via console whenever we changed the Cisco speed to auto indicating "[ 1608.190011] e1000e 0000:00:19.0 wancom0: Link Speed was downgraded by SmartSpeed"
SmartSpeed:
==========
Online search indicated that SmartSpeed is designed to help you at least get a link, rather than just fail since the link partner either doesn't implement the spec or is flat out broken with regards to the spec
This type of problem can be the result of problems with hardware and the most common hardware problems for networks are defective cables.
Next Steps which can be tried:
========================
Try the following to check if that resolves the issue else we can replace NIU Hardware.
1. Try changing the cables ==> Use a brand new cable or use a currently working cable.
2. Bounce the switch port.
3. Using an alternative switch port ==> Use a new switch port or try using an already working switch port.
Update after performing the above steps:
==========================
We checked the cabling and found one of the cables are not punched down properly.
We moved this connection to another open port and we are now seeing 1000.
