Goal

Customer Reported Eagle STP MOBR feature was  Not Working in their test lab STP's.

Solution

MOBR feature initially  did not worked because initially customer  did not define the link between the test nodes test1 and test2.

customer then added a link between test nodes test1 to test2 and repeated the test.
ent-rtx command was entered to divert the traffic via c link between mated pair STP.
Customer sent blocking message from 1-2-3 and saw the blocking message on C link MOBR was working fine.

Customer wanted to use other option for migration using MOBR to increase the PCT limit from 100 to 130:

FROM Eagle customer documentation:

The PCT table cannot contain more entries than the amount specified by the FAK for the PCT quantity
feature.

The values specified for the epc/epca/epci/epcn, filtpc/filtpca/filtpci/filtpcn, and
realpc/realpca/realpci/realpcn parameters must have the same domain.
A PCT quantity feature must be enabled before this command can be specified.

A total of 100 PCT Translations with a single epc(emulated point code) and realpc(real point code) value are supported in the PCT table.

rtrv-pct
Use this command to display Point Code and CIC Translations.
