Solution

This is related to the SNMP Enhancements introduced in release 46.5; SNMP traps also include time zone and UAM sequence number to the trap.
However, MIB files have not been updated.
A bug is already open for this issue:
27540209 OCEEMS NBI MIB is Missing New/Current Bindings

Fix is available with OCEEMS Release 46.6 MIBs which is now available.
