Goal
Creating a Proactive SR for Software Upgrade maintenance window
Solution
Creating a proactive SR is opened by customer for a planned upgrade and if customer requires any support during the upgrade, they engage Oracle TAC using this previously created SR number.
No action required by TAC, until or unless the customer contacts Oracle for assistance. Available TAC engineer will help customer with their relevant issue/question and for each issue a separate SR is to be opened.
