Goal

BEFORE CONTINUING with the order for a replacement of a 200GB SSD, 400GB SSD, 1.6TB SSD please ENSURE you have READ and UNDERSTAND the information contained in this document.

Failure to ADHERE to this document WILL result in delays to Customer problem resolution.

The minimum firmware for the drives for all of these systems should be AK 8.7.4 for Storage.

The firmware for these storage units are upgraded manually, not with the overall product SW update.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The 200GB SSD (HUSMM1640ASS200 - Part numbers 7094120, 7094126, 7313033 & 7341616) has very LIMITED AVAILABILITY, a replacement 200GB SSD will be provided.

The 400GB SSD (HSCAC2DA4SUN400G - Part number 7094132 ) has very LIMITED AVAILABILITY, a replacement 400GB SSD will be provided.

The 1.6TB SSD (HSCAC2DA2SUN1.6T - Part number 7097377 ) has very LIMITED AVAILABILITY, a replacement 1.6TB SSD will be provided.

Updating your software to the recommended version code will help to expedite part replacements. See Table below.
