SolutionThe LDAP authentication uses the standard LDAP protocol for authentication. Specifically, an LDAP bind is performed. If the user is logging into a NO, the NO performs the bind request. From the SO, the SO makes the request. When you configure your LDAP server, you can confirm the configuration by performing a test authentication from Main Menu: Administration -> Remote Servers -> LDAP Authentication [Test Server] operation.
