Goal

In newly installed STP , IPSM Card at 1102 has no IP's in the ARP table , although the IP port's are showing Up in rept-stat-card:loc=xxxx:mode=full command output.

Solution

Please verify with onsite person and get the followings :
1) Part number, serial number for Card 1102 (Verify if its supported one)
2) Part Number of Adapter connected in backplane for 1102 (Verify if its supported one)
3) Cable's part number which is used to connect 1102 and Cisco Switch (Verify if its supported one)
4) On which Switch & port the cables of 1102 are terminating which is working fine. It is possible the cables are terminated on wrong switch..

After verifying with help of onsite person , we came to know that the cables were connected to the incorrect switches, due to which the IP link was up, but ARP table was blank

Once the cable connected to the correct switch , ARP table start showing the gateway's IP in it and Issue got fixed.
