SolutionTo replace cables and adapters on ExAP Ports for SMxG Cards (SCCP/SMxG) cards in order to support 1 Gbps/Full Duplex follow next steps: 1) Enter the following command to determine the number of SCCP/SMxG cards that are IS-NR. rept-stat-sccp
2) Enter the following command to verify current status for involved SCCP/ SMxG card.. rept-stat-card:loc=xxxx
3) Enter the following command to remove the SCCP/SMxG card from service. inh-card:loc=xxxx
4) Remove current cables/adapters for involved SCCP/SMxG card at Eagle backplane and EPAP’s switch. 5) Insert DSM’s card adapters with P/N 830-1104-XX. 6) Connect cables with P/N 830-1174-XX [Shielded Straight Through Cable (CAT-5)] at Eagle backplane and ExAP’s switch. 7) Enter the following command to return the SCCP/SMxG card into service alw-card:loc=xxxx
8) Verify that SCCP/SMxG card is IS-NR and its IPLNK/ports are UP: rept-stat-card:mode=full:loc=xxxx
