The data sheet from the Oracle SL150 sites below show that IBM LTO8 drives are supported in the SL150.

IBM LTO8 drives in the SL150 are supported with our Partner Backup application vendors like TSM, Netbackup and Oracle Backup applications.

Quantum drives are not supported on SL150 libraries

We have a special personality firmware in our drives that allow them to work in other libraries.
