Goal

After applying COMCOL Patch 25576541 on NOAM Servers A and B, Unable to access GUI , getting Failed to get WSSE Passwd.

Solution

The COMCOL <Patch 25576541> for SDS on NOAM Server's , was applied before the upgrade to SDS 8.0.1. After the Patch was installed, they reported the issue they are unable to access the GUI and getting below Error's :

Going through the MOP used to apply the patch, MOP SDS 5.0.1-50.23.0 MR Patch Application, a reboot to the server is required once the patch is applied. The reboot was not done, which is why we were getting GUI issues like error " Failed to get WSSE Passwd" . After reboot the GUI issue was resolved
