What Is The Formula To Calculate Measurement IcRateAvg (Connection Ingress Message Rate Average)

Solution

IcRateAvg (measurement) is a derived measurement from IcRate metric (sysmetric).

The DCLv2 uses "sliding historic metric" for all rate monitoring mechanisms.
The IcRate is also one of such metric tracking the incoming diameter traffic and calculated over a sec duration.

The derived sub-measurement from IcRate are, i.e. IcRateAvg/ IcRatePeak
These sub-measurements are reported every 5 mins and so are their values (average/ peak for 5 min duration).

There is no straight forward formula for calculation.
