Applies to:

Oracle Communications EAGLE (Software) - Version EAGLE 46.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

To provision ENUM card following command need to be entered with DATA=EPAP

ent-card:loc=<Card Location>:type=dsm:appl=enumhc:data=epap

Is It Ok to use Data=DN and Data=IMSI Instead of Data=EPAP as EPAP Data Split will be ON

ent-card:loc=<Card Location>:type=dsm:appl=enumhc:data=DN
ent-card:loc=<Card Location>:type=dsm:appl=enumhc:data=IMSI

Solution

If the EPAP Data Split feature is turned on or the Dual ExAP Config feature is enabled, and the value specified for the loc parameter indicates an E5-SM4G, E5-SM8G-B or SLIC card, then the data parameter must be specified. The data parameter can be specified only for an E5-SM4G, E5-SM8G-B or SLIC card running the VSCCP or SIPHC application on an IPSCP card.

The DATA parameter can only be equal to EPAP/ELAP when type=dsm and appl=siphc parameters are specified
