E3534 Cmd Rej: E1 Port test command in progress

Solution

This Error Code indicates that a port test is in progress on the specified E1 port. Only one port test can be performed at a time.

Here we can see that AST status is FE PAYLD >>>> (FAR END PAYLOAD LOOPBACK) which means that the entity is in far end payload loop back.

<Card Location> 4 IS-NR Avail FE PAYLD

From the above Capture we can confirm that the FE loop back (Far End Loop Back) is observed on the impacted node.
It is advised to remove the loop back and then check the transmission media for the impacted E1.
