Solution
To clear the prefix ‘-‘ in front of alarms in Eagle , It is recommended to perform a MASP switchover
Procedure to perform MASP Switchover -:
Step1 - Identify Active MASP using command rept-stat-db
Step 2 - Execute init-card:loc=<Active MASP>
Step 3 - Verify rept-stat-db again to identify the newly Active MASP
After MASP switchover again execute the rept-stat-alm command to verify that ‘-‘ prefix is cleared.
