Applies to:

Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 7.2.0 to DSR 8.2.0 [Release DSR 7.0 to DSR 8.0]
Tekelec

Goal

I want to see "IPFE Packets/Sec" from exported KPI csv file.
There is table column of "IPFE Packets/Sec", but value is empty.
And also, "CPU" and "RAM" column of IPFE have empty value.
Why does it occur?

Solution

Bug 26743777 has been created for this issue and fixed in Release 8.2.0 that is now GA.

Workaround:
the values under "CPU %"/"Memory Total"/"Memory %"/"Mem. Heap"/"IPFE Packets/Sec"/"IPFE MBytes/Sec"
should be read as "Message Processing Load (MPS)"/" Ingress Message Rate"/.... columns

So once the report is exported, you can manually set these values under correct columns.
