In this Document
Created from <SR 3-17071254601> Applies to:Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 7.0 and laterTekelec GoalAfter backout of Platform Management and Configuration (PM&C) server to a previous release, web browser graphical user interface (GUI) may not connect and provide the message "ERROR 500: Internal Server Error." SolutionIf the user had accessed the PM&C server GUI via the same browser before backing to a previous release, the local browser cache will contain mismatched data / client-side code. Clearing the browser cache will force the browser to solicit and use client-side code at the right release level to interface with the web server (PM&C) GUI. This step is documented in the PM&C Incremental Upgrade Guides [ https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/communications/tekelec-platform/index.html - Tekelec Platform Management and Configuration section ] for each release.
