Goal

EPAP Upgrade failed from release 16.1 to 16.2

Solution

VIP and Proxy were enabled before upgrade. Upgrade failed with the following error.

1520478362::ERROR: No config updates while HA running!
1520478364::ERROR: TKLCepap-HA-6.0.7-16.2.0.0.0_162.7.0: Failed to increase kee!
1520478364::error: %post(TKLCepap-HA-6.0.7-16.2.0.0.0_162.7.0.noarch) scriptlet1
1520478603::ERROR: Failed to run the transaction
1520478688::ERROR: Error because transaction failed to install!

After disabling HA/VIP/Proxy, upgrade was attempted and it was successful.

So when upgrading EPAP, make sure that VIP and PDBAProxy are disabled, so that HA is not running.
