Goal
Some message PDU are missing in XDR when decoding INAP
Solution
The XDR is made as per the first message. Let say there are 5 PDUs, first PDU was with link X and rest 4 were with link Y.
The XDR for those 5 PDUs will be made based on parameters of first PDU.
i.e. the PDUs if link Y will be attached to the first PDUs of link X.
So no PDUs are missed.
