Goal

EMS failed to get PM data files (sccp, slk, dstn) for one STP. For other STPs, the files are coming.

Solution

The outputs on the location /u01/app/netboss/local/STP/statistic are being created by a custom script named:

/u01/app/netboss/misc/autopoll-stpstat
This script is running everyday at midnight through a cronjob:

# End of Oracle scripts
0 * * * * /u01/app/netboss/misc/autopoll-stpstat

As this is not a standard script provided in EMS, hence ORACLE TAC Support cannot provide support on this. Such scripts are either created by customer or by Oracle Consulting Services.

Moreover, please note that EMS is an End of Life Product and TAC provides best effort support for any break / fix issues.
