IDIH-MED server does not boot up to normal state(DbUp state)

Solution

IDIH 8.2...

To correct the issue please follow below steps :
1. Login to mediation server as "admusr" and change the user as tekelec "sudo su - tekelec".
2. Manually restart the mediation process by running this command "prod.stop; prod.start".
