Customer raised a concern for some measurements files for ComAgent Performance which they can't find in the DSR 7.1.2 Meas Report files, but they are still documented in the Measurements DSR 7.1.2 document ("E63634_rev_01") https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63474_01/docs.71/E63634_rev_01.pdf .

Solution

These three counters are part of ComAgent Performance Measurement Group.

Please find the explanation of each counter as below :

o CAHSTxRsrc => Number of egress stack events submitted to the HA Service to be routed to a known Resource.
o CAHSTxRsrcRateAvg => Average rate per second of egress stack events routed to a known Resource
o CAHSTxRsrcRateMax => Maximum rate per second of egress stack events routed to a known Resource

These parameters are valid and is depending on ComAgent Routed service, which can be configured from Active NOAM, and if that is configured then only we will be seeing measurement reports with those counters.

To check if these services are configured in your system, please refer the following path in Active NOAM GUI :

o Main Menu: Communication Agent -> Configuration -> Remote Servers
o Main Menu: Communication Agent -> Configuration -> Connection Groups
o Main Menu: Communication Agent -> Configuration -> Routed Services

Below snapshot shows that these services are not configured and hence customer was not able to see those measurement counters in their reports :
