SOAM GUI Throws Exception When Export is Running in the background.Customer needs the Resolution from GUI Exception
 


Solution


WORKAROUND
To overcome the DSR SOAM GUI Slow Response issue in R 8.1,Perform the Below Steps:-




1.Login to Active SOAM GUI


2.Navigate To Main Menu: Status & Manage -> Tasks -> Scheduled Tasks


3.Disable the Event Export Task and Apply the Changes




SOAM GUI Should Open Successfully After Stopping the Export Task Export in Background from above Steps.



ISSUE REASON
This is a known issue in DSR 8.1 and there is a  Bug 26225567 https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=26225567 [https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=26225567] for the same,which will be Fix in R 8.2
