Oracle Communications EAGLE (Hardware) - Version LSMS 13.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

To clear LSMS NAS Backups Intermittent and the memory leaks errors detected on LSMSSEC server.

Solution

Follow the below procedure to clear the errors.

1. Log onto the LSMS LSMSPRI server from command line.
2. Run syscheck and check for errors.
3. Stop all regional agents.  (eg. lsms stop <region_name> )
4. Stop all eagle agents. (eg. eagle stop <eagle_agent> )
5. Run command "resync_db_setup remove".
6. Run command "resync_db_setup create".
7. Log onto the LSMS LSMSSEC server from command line.
8. Execute restart node:
   - Run ‘su – lsmsmgr’, select Maintenance> Stop Node/Start Node
9. Exit to LSMS LSMSPRI server.
10. Restart eagle agents that was stop in step 4.
11. Restart regional agents that was stop in step 3.
