A Netra X5-2 Server LED indicates a fault with one of the power supplies.
How to troubleshoot the issue?

Power Supply Status Indicators:
STEADY ON – The power supply (PS) has detected a PS fan failure, PS overtemperature, PS over current, or PS over or under voltage.

If iLOM is available, you can check status for power and cooling in the server iLOM GUI
