Goal

After Eagle software upgrade to Release 46.5. Two E5ENETBs are showing card's Ethernet interface flapping from IS-NR to IS-ANR.

On the card(s) both ports indicate CRC errors on ETH interfaces.

Re-seat the ports cable from the switch end side.
