Goal

CSV file from one Eagle not processed on OCEEMS

Solution

CSV files were not having CLLI names so were over-writing.
Changes made in Eagle to include CLLI name. Then it is working fine.
"rtrv-measopts" comamnd was run on eagle.

CLLIBASEDNAME was OFF. Hence the meas report name was same from different Eagles and was getting overwritten. Making the Flag ON made all reports to include the Eagle name in the report files making the report files distinct and hence all CSV files were processed.
