Sun StorageTek SL3000 Modular Library System - Version All Versions and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Customer needs to replace their cleaning tape in SL3000, but they do not have another cleaning label now.
Customer plans to use new cleaning tape with old CLN label.

If customer exports an expired cleaning tape then insert a new one with same label, is the usage count of the cleaning tape going to reset to 0?
If the count is still 50, how do you reset the usage count from SL3000?
The customer is using auto cleaning.

It states:
- The library will consider a used cleaning cartridge to be new, and set the usage counter to zero.

Importing the cleaning cartridge from SLConsole will result usage counter to be zeroed out on the library
