Goal

The 200GB SSD currently used in the VSM6 and VSM7 has limited availability.

A new 200GB SSD is being released that is fully compatible and can be intermixed with existing 200GB and 73GB SSD currently used in the VSM6 and VSM7.

Minimum microcode 7.1.1.05.000 is required

Solution

Do NOT install the new 200GB SSD until the VSM6 or VSM7 is at supporting microcode level 7.1.1.05.000 or higher.

Current 200GB SSD -- Supported on microcode version 6.1.0.15.000 and higher.
