Goal
Customer not able to see Main Menu: Diameter -> Configuration -> Capacity Summary in SOAM GUI (can also apply to other GUI screens as well)
Solution
Permissions needed to be enabled for the user the customer was logged in with. Permission was changed by a colleague on customer side to resolve issue.
User was in a group that did not allow view of capacity summary screen.
see Main Menu: Administration -> Access Control -> Groups [Insert] in NOAM GUI for ability to select various GUI viewing permissions for groups.
