Solution 2293002.1 : Standby E5MASP OAMHC GPL is not running approved version

Solution

The E5MASP loads OAMHC GPL from backup USB drive (IF inserted). In case the backup USB had OLD Release GPL versions and IF card boots then it could make it load old version.

Following actions can be performed to correct the OAMHC GPL on STB E5MCAP - which is location 1113 in this case:

Please, insert backup USB drive in E5MCAP 1113 (make sure the backup USB drive has correct GPL versions copied for system current Release)
Reboot the STB E5MCAP (1113) using command (init-card:loc=xxx)
Please, wait for card to get back in service normal (rept-stat-card:mode=full:loc=xxx)
Verify the OAMHC GPL versions: rept-stat-gpl:gpl=oamhc
