SDP2 - How To Delete Duplicate assets. Issue 516000100177

Solution

Steps to delete ASR site ID's:

Log into the ASR portal with log in credentials.
https://asr-portal.us.oracle.com/asr/faces/EventSearch.jspx

Click on ASR Operation console.

Click on Clean up ASR Site Id.

Enter the ASR site ID you want to delete in the search option.

1. Search and select the required ASR Site ID.
2. Review the list of Asset Components shown below.
3. Click confirm to start the delete process.
4. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email.

Note: Make sure that whenever you are deleting the site ID, you should have the SR number.
