Solution

The Parts list are available in the external system handbook link:
https://support.oracle.com/handbook_private/Systems/index.html

To find the part numbers for a particular machine, click on the machine name under Current Systems or EOL Systems.

Acme machines are available under Current Systems --> Miscellaneous Systems or under EOL Systems--> Miscellaneous Systems.

If you need more information related to any parts, please contact your Oracle Sales Representative.

In case of Hardware component failure/ analysis and questions regarding replacement a Service Request needs to be submitted to Oracle customer Support.
