Goal
How to clear alarm from Eagle banner when there is no alarm on EPAP servers?
Solution
Please use the following steps to clear verify and clear the Eagle alarm:
- Locate reported alarm in the Alarm and maintenance section in the EPAP manual (ex 6000000000000080 - PDB Backup failed)
- Run this command on the EPAP that is reporting the alarm: ( eagle_alarm_util)
- Look through the menu to find the alarm associated with the alarm code to turn it off using this example for the correct syntax to be used. (eagle_alarm_util pdb_backup_error off)
