Goal

How to share the script created by one user with other users for execution in E5MS script management?

Solution

In order to see the scripts created by another user, the user should have administrative rights.

Usually users created for NOC Usergroup do not have administrative rights. Hence a user in NOC usergroup will not be able to share scripts within other members in group.

If such right is required, then NOC usergroup can be given administrative rights.

If customer requires the functionality where a user in non-administrative group should have the ability to choose script sharing with other peers of same usergroup; this should be a request for enhancement.

Customer should contact Technical Account Manager who may help with enhancement request.
