Goal

rept-stat-db:db=mps:display=all doesn't displays EPAP A DB level :

Solution

EPAP A shows be below alarms in syscheck:

ERROR: Syscheck::LBucket::getBucketFilehandle()
ERROR: Failed locking leaky bucket cache file
ERROR: FILE: /var/TKLC/log/syscheck/proc_run.cache
ERROR: SYS ERR: Resource temporarily unavailable
* run: FAILURE:: Another instance of this test is running
* run: FAILURE:: Cannot get lock on leaky bucket cache file
One or more module in class "proc" FAILED

Performing EPAP A Software restart from CLI fixed the issue. Command to perform the same is as below :

Stop Epap service:

sudo service Epap stop
Start Epap service again:

sudo service Epap start

Once EPAP Software restarted from EPAP CLI, we could see no more process alarm and in EAGLE STP, we can see the DB levels for EPAP A :
