Oracle Communications EAGLE (Software) - Version E5-MS 46.0 and later
Tekelec

Goal

In the "LinksetReport_withEarlang_PercentUtilization" there are two fields: "Capacity" and "UserCapacity".
How are these fields calculated? From which report the data is taken to calculate these fields?

Solution

Capacity is the value that is configured in Eagle for each SLK.
User Capacity can be defined in E5-MS.

Eagle defined capacity values are found here:
In E5-MS GUI >> Link Utilization >> Link Data
Select Eagle to View available Link data.

User Defined Capacity can be done through the process defined in E5MS Interface User's Guide Link Utilization Interface >> Modifying Link Capacity
User can download the documentation from following Location:http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E78335_01/doc.463/E78338_rev_1.pdf

User can see output of the Eagle Pollings for the LUI module in following location:

/opt/E5-MS/linkUtilization/results

It will contain output of three commands (RTRV-SLK, REPT-STAT-CARD and REPT-STAT-IPTPS)
