Goal
Will installing Microsoft Windows Operating System patch affect the operation of the application on the Tekelec EMS Reporter Server running on a Windows Server 2008 R2?
Solution
EMS and EMS Reporter server are End Of Life Products which means that we do not test them for updates.
Keeping the reporter server up to date against viruses and according to OS Vendor requirements is customer responsibility.
If after the patch; there is issue in receiving data from EMS on the reporter server; we can help on best effort basis but we cannot test/confirm the full compatibility post the patch installation on Reporter Server.
