Solution
Run syscheck on the server reporting the error:
[admusr@server-name ~]$ sudo syscheck
Running modules in class disk...
* hpdisk: FAILURE:: MAJOR::3000000200000000 -- The hpacucliStatus utility needs intervention.
* hpdisk: FAILURE:: Failure message: The HP disk status is stale, and server has been up longer than 600
One or more module in class "disk" FAILED
If the output is as shown above then perform a reboot of the server to address the issue as follows:
On the NOAM GUI go to
Main Menu: Status & Manage -> HA and set the Max HA Role of the server in question to standby.
Then go to Main Menu: Status & Manage -> Server and reboot the server.
Don't forget to go back to Status & Manage -> HA and return Max HA Role to active after reboot is complete.
